Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk
 

I understand that participation in soft play activities, including but not limited to climbing, crawling, sliding, jumping, balancing, and playing in ball pits, involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of equipment provided by Tots of Fun.

 

Supervision Requirement

The renter acknowledges and agrees that Tots of Fun does not provide childcare or supervision services. Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the equipment.

The renter agrees to ensure that all children using the equipment are properly supervised by a responsible adult throughout the duration of the rental period.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Tots of Fun, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of the rented equipment, including personal injury, property damage, or other losses occurring during the rental period.

Safe Use of Equipment

The renter agrees:

• To use the equipment only for its intended purpose.

• To follow all safety instructions provided by Tots of Fun.

• To restrict use of the equipment to age-appropriate children.

• To prohibit roughhousing, pushing, wrestling, flips, or unsafe behavior.

• To keep food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, pets, and shoes off the soft play equipment unless otherwise permitted.

Equipment Responsibility

The renter accepts responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.

The renter agrees to pay for any damage caused by misuse, vandalism, theft, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
